Dugan Tool and Die was founded in 1977 by Charles Dugan, who had a passion for precision machining and manufacturing. From the beginning, our customers have appreciated the quality of our work, and our commitment to service.  Charles built Dugan Tool on a foundation of strong values, ethics and the belief that building parts comes second to building relationships.

In 2010, Mr. Dugan passed the torch to new owner Mark Willmore and his talented team. Mark started with the company back in 1989 as a mechanical engineer and design draftsman. Physically our machine shop looks much different today. The machines we use are much more advanced than in our early years, as we’ve continued to embrace the latest in technology. Our recent expansion into our new 30,000 square foot facility, further broadens our machining and production capabilities.

However, despite the advancements in technology, our foundation remains intact, which is the commitment to our customers, quality, on time delivery, and building long-term relationships.
